<p>The most difficult part of this design was coming up with a sidebar width that wouldn&#8217;t always get cutoff by the browser window. Since Twitter&#8217;s layout is always centered, if you keep your browser window really narrow, your sidebar looks stupid &#8217;cause it&#8217;s cutoff.</p>
<p>I finally decided on a width that fit a standard 1024px width.</p>
<p>I think I&#8217;ll put together another article detailing the design process for the <a href="http://www.physicianfuture.com">Physician Future</a> <strong>custom Twitter background</strong>. Stay tuned!</p>
