We’ve now been living in St. Louis for a week. I am tired after a long Thanksgiving weekend so not too much to say, other than so far it’s been great. Our apartment is lovely and we are slowly unpacking boxes and finding homes for everything. We still haven’t gotten a couch/loveseat yet which is kinda a bummer. Also looking for a computer desk. My illustration desk is out but not yet stocked with markers and goodies (boo). No decorating yet either.
Actually, what’s really funny is that my desk at my new job will probably be decorated with stuff before we get done with our place. Strange but true – we’re still waiting on bookcases, the couch/love seat and large rug to begin decorating. And NO I DON’T MEAN CHRISTMAS. I mean every-day, living decorations.
So things are really busy right now but I’m sure in a few weeks I’ll start having time to be online some more. This is the first time in a long while my free time hasn’t been eaten up by looking for a better job. I’m actually happy!
